First Blueberry is made by nature
Our main product is fresh blueberry fruit, packed in bulk crates of 3.50 kg. Of course we can have other packing options, according to demand of our customerrs. Our main variety is Duke. Our fruit is picked from blueberry bushes, by hand of our pickers. There are only two touches of fruit, before it is eaten, by final customers. First touch is by our picker and second touch is by final customer. We can trace fruit up to single groower and picker, as we are controlling all stages during harwest by QR codes, so we know up to single picker which crate they picked up and in which orchard.
Because of micro climate condition of our orchards and our supreme groowing technology, we achieve in past years, to start our harvest ussualy in week 23, which is one of earliest in Serbia and deliver them to our demanding customers. So we are always trying to be FIRST BLUEBERRY, from Serbia.
In order to prolong shelf life of our fresh fruit, we are following one of golden rule of good post harvest practice, as our fresh blueberries are put into cold storage in 30 minutes after harvest.
After that it comes to our cold storage facility, where is packed to pallets, weighted and cooled by forced air in three hours to temperature of 1.00 -2.00 C, with mobile precoolers, in order to prolong shelf life of fresh fruit. So next day is ready to load in refrigerated trucks and delivered to our customers.
BP-2000 blueberry pot filling machine specification
• Pot filling capacitty for 40L is 2000 – 2500 pcs for 9 hours working shift, which depends on substrate type,pot filling shape and expirience of workers.
• In order to have above mentioned capacity it is necessery to provide 6 workers
• In order to reach capacity mentioned above, there should be 3 sets of tractors with trailers and drivers in order to move plants filled up with substrate to place for planting into soil
• Machine can fill pots of any shape and size from 25L – 70L. After machine order, client should supply drawing of pots which they plan to use.
• With machine are delivered tools for round and square shape hole , according to delivered plants
• Machines is movable on wheels. In case of moving arround field, it should be moved arround field on suitable truck or trailer.
• For safe operation of machine it should be prepared flat space of 100 m2.
• This working space, should be provided every 10 Ha
• There should be water supplied by suitable truck. Volume of water for daily work is 5.00 m3.
• Machine can work on diesel generator rated at 30kW 220/380V
• Machine can use standard big bale of substrate up to maximum size of 1250 x 2400 x 1050 mm and weight up 1500.00 kg
• Water dose system for wetting of substrate
• On machine, there is counter of filled pots
• On premise, should be avaliable GPRS connection for remote maintanc
